Bouquet Subscription Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting locally grown flowers through The Bloomstead by Birch Home Co. By purchasing a bouquet subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Subscription & Payment

Your bouquet subscription is a one-time upfront payment that reserves your share of fresh, seasonal flowers grown by The Bloomstead.

Each subscription includes 4 weeks of bouquets, featuring the best blooms available from our farm throughout the season. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of fresh flowers, all subscription sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to complete your subscription, you may transfer your remaining bouquets to another individual. Please notify us of any changes by emailing birchhomecompany@gmail.com.

Pickup Information

Bouquets are available for pickup on Mondays or Fridays

After purchasing your subscription, you will receive an email with additional details, including pickup instructions, the pickup address, and your scheduled start date.

If you have a preferred pickup day, please email us at birchhomecompany@gmail.com immediately after purchase. Once your subscription begins, any pickup day changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup day.

If you are unable to pick up your bouquet, you may have a friend or family member pick it up on your behalf.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, bouquets that are not picked up on the scheduled day cannot be refunded, held, or rescheduled.

Each week, you'll receive a thoughtfully designed bouquet featuring a seasonal mix of locally grown flowers. Depending on the time of year, bouquets may include blooms such as Peonies, Roses, snapdragons, zinnias, dahlias, chrysanthemums, and other specialty flowers grown by us.

Flower varieties, colors, and bouquet sizes may vary throughout the season based on weather and bloom availability. Each bouquet is unique and designed to showcase the beauty of what's currently in bloom.

Climate and Plant Growth Conditions

While we pour our passion into creating stunning and generous bouquets each week, we understand that factors like weather and other growing challenges can impact flower availability. In the unlikely event that we experience a shortage of certain flowers, we are committed to sourcing from trusted growers to ensure you still receive a beautiful arrangement. We will communicate any changes promptly and make every effort to provide an exceptional bouquet that meets your expectations. Thank you for being a valued part of our floral community!

Email is our primary method of communication. Important updates, reminders, and pickup information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
